These terms are the end-user license agreement for the HTCS Investor Dashboard (the "dashboard"), a private web application run by Hot Tub Cover Spot. By signing in or using the dashboard, you agree to them.
Who may use it
The dashboard is for people Hot Tub Cover Spot invites. Keep your password to yourself and don't share your access. Tell us right away at justin@communicco.com if you think someone else has used your account.
License
We give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable right to use the dashboard to review Hot Tub Cover Spot's performance and your interest in it. The dashboard's software and content remain Hot Tub Cover Spot's.
The numbers are information, not advice
- Figures come from Hot Tub Cover Spot's books (QuickBooks Online) and from figures its administrators enter. A month's figures can change until that month is closed as Final.
- Nothing in the dashboard is financial, tax, investment or legal advice.
- The written agreements between Hot Tub Cover Spot and its capital partner govern what anyone is owed. If the dashboard ever differs from them, the agreements control.
QuickBooks
The dashboard reads Hot Tub Cover Spot's QuickBooks Online company with read-only access approved by an administrator, who can disconnect it at any time. Intuit's own terms govern QuickBooks itself. How the dashboard handles that data is described in the privacy policy.
Acceptable use
Don't try to reach accounts or data that aren't yours, interfere with the dashboard or the services it relies on, or copy or reverse-engineer it.
No warranty
The dashboard is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't promise it will be error-free or always reachable.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Hot Tub Cover Spot is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses from using, or being unable to use, the dashboard.
Ending access
You can stop using the dashboard at any time. We may suspend or end access at any time, for example when an agreement ends.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top when we do.
